施釉线说明书
施釉线是陶瓷生产线*的设备之一，它一般用于砖坯从压机出来后对砖坯进行一系列的工艺处理，如扫尘、吹尘、喷水、喷釉、淋釉、印花等。
 本施釉线由脚架、铝型材、传动轴、皮带轮、蜗杆减速器等组成。结构简单，外形美观。输送系统由两条C型皮带组成，适用于各规格的砖坯。蜗杆减速器采用变频器调速控制，各功能设备下使用独立电机带动，能独立控制砖坯在进行各种工艺处理所需的不同速度。


                GLAZING LINE SPECIFICATION
Glazing line is one of ceramic production line necessary equipment. Generally, it is a way of technical treatment after rough tile from press，like sweeps the dust, blows the dust, the spraying of water, the spray glazing, drenches the glaze, the dye printing and so on.
This glazing line is composed by the foot rest, the aluminum molding, the shaft, the belt pulley, the worm reducer motor and so on. It structure is simple, it contour is artistic. The transfer system is composed by two C leather belt, is suitable in 250×250-400×400 tile. The worm reducer motor is controlled by the frequency converter, the belt of under various functions equipment uses the independent worm reducer motor to drive, can independent control the speed of the tile carry on which each kind of craft processing needs.
